Today I am sharing with you a recipe for making amazing potato snacks. You will love this snack when you test it. We will make this snack by adding cheese. Serve it to the children with a tomato cape in evening snacks.

Essential Materials – ingredients for potato cheese triangle recipe
Boilpotatoes = 4 medium size mash
Corn flour = 2 tbsp
Mozerela cheese = 3 tbsp great
Chilli flakes = 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
Oregono = 1/2 tsp
Salt = by taste
Coriander leaves = 2 tbsp finely chopped
Fine sevi = as needed (break the sevi on a plate and break it by hand)
Oil = to deep fry snacks
To make the solution
Maida = 2 tbsp (strain the flour)
Corn flour = 2 tbsp
Pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
Salt = 1/4 tsp
Water = 1/4 cup
Method – How to make potato cheese triangle
To make potato cheese triangle, first make a solution for it. In a large bowl, add maida, corn flour, pepper powder and salt and mix with a spoon. Then add water and make a solution. After pouring the water, mix the maida and corn flour well. So that there is no lump in your solution.

Then add great mozerella cheese, corn flour, chilli flakes, oregono, pepper powder, salt and coriander to the mashed potatoes and mix everything by hand.

Then divide it into two equal parts. Now grease the palm of both hands with a little oil. Then take a portion of a potato mixture on the board and roll it in length with the palm of both hands. Roll is not to be made too long or long.

After making the roll, press it with both hands with the sides and give it the shape of the triangle. (By doing this, when you cut it into pieces, the shape of your piece will come like a triangle. )

Now cut it into a slightly thick piece of knife. Similarly, roll the other part and cut it into pieces.

Then take the solution you have prepared once with a spoon. Now pick up a triangle piece and dip it in this solution. Then remove it from the solution and put it in the sevi and coat it well and place it on the plate.

Prepare all the pieces in the same way. Now keep them in the fridge for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove it from the fridge and now add oil to the pan and place it on the gas to heat.

When the oil is hot, put each triangle in hot oil. Add as many triangles as you can to your pan.

Fry these triangle pieces on medium heat till golden brown. When they are golden, turn them over and fry them from this side till golden brown.

Then remove them on tissue paper and fry the rest of the pieces in the same way and serve them with tomato cape.
