Essential Materials – ingredients for oats chocolate cookies recipe
Oats = 1/2 cup
Maida = 120 g (strain the flour)
Butter = 100 g
Ground sugar = 80 g
Cocoa powder = 3 tbsp
Baking soda = 1/2 tsp
Baking powder = 1 tsp
To coat
Oats = as needed
Milk = 3 tbsp
Method – How to make oats chocolate cookies
To make oats chocolate cookies, add powdered sugar and butter in a large bowl and beat both by hand visker or electronic beater until floppy.

Then add oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and maida and mix everything well by hand to make a dot. You don’t need to add milk to make a doe.

After making the doe, place the stand in a pan and cover the embroidery and keep it for 10 minutes to preheat.

Now take a lemon-sized dot from the doe and make a ball of it. Then press it lightly with the palm and place it on the plate.

Similarly, make all the cookies. Then apply butter or oil to a plate and grease it. Now soak the brush in 3 tbsp milk and apply this milk brush on top of a cookie and put the cookies in oats from the side on which the milk is greased to coat the cookies in oats.

This will put oats on cookies well. Then place the cookies on a plate in Greece.

Similarly, grease all the cookies with milk one by one, coat them in oats and place the cookies on the plate at a small gap. (If all the cookies are not coming to your plate, place it on another plate)

After 10 minutes, place this cookie plate on top of the stand in a preheat pan and cover the embroidery and bake the cookies on medium flame for 22 to 25 minutes. (You can also check cookies in 15 to 20 minutes)

Take a look at the cookies after the stipulated time. Your cookies will crack very well, which means that your cookies are very baked.

Then take the plate out of the pan and bake the remaining cookies in the same way.

After cooling the cookies, store them in an air tight container.

If you don’t have butter, you can replace it with ghee.
