Ingredients for pancakes:
Rice – 1 cup (200 g)
Green chillies – 2 to 3
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Potatoes (boiled) – 2
Carrots – 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Spinach – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 : 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 3-4 tbsp
Pancake Recipes:
-Soak 1 cup of rice at night to make veg pancake. Remove the water from the soaked rice in the morning, add the rice, 2 to 3 green chillies and 1/2 inch ginger cubes in a mixer and grind finely.
Now grate the boiled potatoes of 2 medium sizes and grind them in a mixer and finely grind . When the batter is ready, remove it in a deep pot. Add 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 capsicum, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup spinach, 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix with spoons.
-Put the pan on the gas. Add oil and heat it. Spread the batter in a pan with a par. Cover the pan cake and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then look at the lose. If it is golde brown, cook on the other side as well. (Make the pancake on the medium heat)
