To make sweet potatoes, first take the sweet potatoes and wash and peel them thoroughly. Then cut the long pieces along the lines of their french fries. Take a bowl and add water and salt. Add the chopped pieces of sweet potato to this water and let it soak for about two to three minutes. When the sweet potato pieces are well submerged, remove them after a set time and put them in another bowl. Now add corn flour and wrap it well. Soak them in water once more.

Now put them in a bowl and wrap them well around the dough. Take a pan and heat the oil in it. When the oil is well heated, add the sweet potato i.e. sweet potato pies and deep fry them.
