Ingredients for creating Olia:
1 cup boiled rice
1 cup yogurt
2-3 teaspoons sugar
2-3 tsp cardamom powder

1. First offer the cooker on gas to make olia. Add rice and water. Cook it well on a low flame until two to four whistles arrive. Then remove the rice and keep it for cooling.
2. Take curd in a bowl and whisk it with a spoon. Now add rice to it.
3. Mix the rice with curd. You can also add it to the mixer and mix it. Add cardamom and sugar and run the mixer.
4. Take your rice oil. Now keep it for shetala maa’s vow.
