Ingredients for making mincemeat egg curry :

Mutton mince 250 g

Boiled eggs 4

Green peas 250 g

Oil 3 tablespoons

Ginger-garlic paste one teaspoon

Tomato puree ½ Cup

Half a cup of ground onion

Ginger grated one teaspoon

Whole red chillies 2

Bay leaf 2

Cumin seeds ½ teaspoon

Turmeric powder-quarter teaspoon

Red chilli powder ½ teaspoon

Coriander powder ½ teaspoon

Garam masala half teaspoon

Meat seasoning ½ teaspoon

Coriander leaves 4 tablespoons chopped


Recipe for making mincemeat egg curry:

To make mincemeat egg curry, first place the kadhai on medium gas and add oil to it. When the oil is hot add the spices i.e. cumin seeds, bay leaf and whole red chillies. Once the cumin seeds start to crackle, add the ginger garlic paste and lightly drizzle it with a spoon. Then add the onion paste and fry till it turns golden brown. Then add tomato puree. Then fry them on a light flame till the oil starts to separate from them. Then add the mince in a kadhai and cook on medium flame for five minutes. Then add a cup of water and cover the kadhai and let the mince cook for another 5 minutes.

When the oil starts to separate from the mince, add the peas and also add the eggs. Then let all the ingredients cook again for about 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring lightly in the middle and check if the peas have melted properly. Once the gravy starts to thicken, turn off the gas and add the ground garam masala and green coriander. Delicious mincemeat egg curry is ready. Serve it hot with roti or rice.
