Ingredients for making pickle paratha
The leftover spice of mango ethics
Green chillies- 1 finely chopped (chopped)
Flour- 2 cups
Ghee or oil- 1 tablespoon
Potatoes- 2 for boiled suffing
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – finely chopped

Method of making pickle paratha
First you need to separate the leftover spices of mango pickle in your home. You can also use the leftover spice of chilli pickle. Then knead the egg. Knead the dough slightly loosely so that the paratha can become good. Then peel the boiled potatoes and mash them. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well.

Now fill the mixture in flour and then roll it as you roll the potato paratha. Then you need to apply pickle masala on top of it. After doing so, you can get the paratha. You can eat it with the help of ghee or oil. Serve hot pickle paratha with green chutney.
