Gobhi paratha recipe in Hindi

Friends, this cabbage curry is very tasty and to make it even more delicious, please read the tips after reading the recipe.

A bowl chopped cabbage
2 tablespoons oil
2 onions finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
3 teaspoons coriander leaves
3 tomatoes chopped
3 chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste

Step 1
Firstly, put the oil in a kadhai and put it on a flame and let it warm up. Once it is hot, temper the fenugreek seeds and add the finely chopped onion and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute. Now add chopped green chillies and fry till the onions come in golden brown color.

Step 2
When the onions are in color, add the garlic ginger paste and fry while stirring constantly and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Roast the spices on a low flame for 4 minutes and if it starts to dry, add a little water to prevent the spices from burning.

Step 3
Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well, cover and stir till the onion dissolves. When the oil is released from the edges and the onion is cooked, add chopped cauliflower and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring it together.

Step 4
By cooking together, the test of gravy goes into vegetables. Now add water as per the gravy of your choice and cover it and leave it to cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mix and remove from the flame. Take friends ready our cabbage ki sabzi which you serve hot as roti or rice or side dish of your choice.


If you want to add flavor to the cabbage curry, first fry the cabbage in a little oil and make it crispy, this will also add flavor to the cabbage curry.
You can also add peas or potatoes or both.
If you want to save time, then at the end when the cabbage is covered and cooked, you can also place 1 whistle in the pressure cooker.
You can also make this recipe by making onion and tomato pyori to save time.
We have not used saboot masalas in this recipe but you can use hot saboot masalas to change the taste.
