Ingredients for making fruit potato tikki:
5 large potatoes boiled
Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Pepper – 8-10 (coarsely chopped)
Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
sendha salt to taste
Ginger – 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)
Ghee or oil as needed
1 tsp cumin powder
Curd – 1 bowl
Pomegranate – 1 bowl
Chutney – 1/2 bowl
Falahari Aloo Tikki Recipe (Aloo Tikki for Vrat):
– Boil and peel the potatoes first to make a fruit potato tikki for fasting . Mash the potatoes well.
– Add salt, coriander, ginger, green chillies, cumin powder and mix well.
– Now place it between the palms and make a round tikki. Add ghee to the pan and bake the tikki on both sides on a medium flame.
– Remove the tikki on the plate and add curd and add pomegranate and chutney and eat and feed.
