Curd Potato Recipe (Dahi Aloo Recipe/Chaitra Navratri Vrat Food Recipe): Potatoes are the life blood of every vegetable. Most vegetables are incomplete without potatoes. Fasting curd potatoes are very delicious to eat in which boiled potatoes are cooked with curd. You can prepare this vegetable in just 15 to 20 minutes. This is a very good option for fasting. Yogurt Potato Making Ingredients
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp pepper
2 to 3 potatoes (boiled)
1/2 tsp sendha salt
1/2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli, chopped into pieces
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper corn crushed
2 tsp kattu flour
1 cup yogurt
1 cup water

Curd Potato Recipe
Add ghee to a pan and heat. Now add cumin seeds and fry. Add crushed pepper and fry. Now add boiled potato pieces and sendha salt and mix. Fry the potatoes in a pan. Heat ghee in another pan too. Add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and crushed carly chillies. Fry them and add kattu flour to it. Mix all the ingredients well. Now add a cup of curd and add a cup of water to it. Stir it well and let it cook. Now add fried potatoes and mix. Garnish with green chillies and serve.
