Thick yogurt – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 3/4 cup

Chopped onion – 1/4 cup (optional)
Salt – to taste
How to make bread bhajiya
To make bread bhajia, first take the bread slices and cut them all around the edges and separate them. Now put the white part of the bread in a large bowl and slice it into small pieces. Take besan and add red chillies, green chilli paste, curd, asafoetida, chopped onion (optional) and other spices and add a little water to make a batter. Make the same besan batter as we prepare the batter for making plain bhuji.
Then add the bread pieces in this batter and mix them all well. Now take a pan and put it on the gas to heat the oil in it. When the oil is well heated, heat the batter. Fry them till they turn golden brown in colour. In the same way, fry the batter one by one. This is how your quick bread bhajia is ready. Serve it with chutney, tomato sauce or yogurt for breakfast.
